Lender’s or Servicer’s Duty to Manage Access
The lender or servicer that authorizes its employees to access this site is responsible for all use and access by its employees and agents. When employment is terminated, the lender or servicer must promptly terminate the former employee’s access to Triad’s website and provide Triad with the terminated employee’s name so the Triad my remove the individual’s access rights (user Id and password). The lender or servicer will remain liable for any use or access of the site by its former employees/agents until Triad is notified of the change in employment status.
