Triad has extended our efforts in the Loss Mitigation area to include proactively reaching out to borrowers at risk of foreclosure. This effort combined with our initiatives for loan servicers emphasizes homeowner retention whenever possible.

Triad is pleased to adopt the Mortgage Insurance Industry’s Common Reporting Template for Servicer Workout Information. This new template has standardized field names, definitions, and formats covering borrower, servicer, investor, property, delinquency, other workout-related data, and disposition of workout efforts. This supplemental monthly reporting to Triad should commence as soon as possible. Please note that Triad's receipt of this report does not indicate Triad's approval of non-delegated loss mitigation activities.
