Rate Filing Status

Triad Guaranty rate schedules are provided for the convenience of Triad's customers and are approved or awaiting approval in your state. See the State Filing Status Report under each rate plan for more details. Once approved, these will be the only rates legally available for the plans and coverages listed.

Triad reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions contained on the rate sheets and redistribute them to its customers. However, Triad assumes no responsibility and it shall not be liable in the event that any approved Triad rate provided herein becomes incorrect as a result of customer handling for any purpose including the incorporation of rates into their loan origination system.
