Effective July 15, 2008 Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation will cease issuing commitments for new mortgage insurance. Existing commitments will continue to be honored.

From that point forward, our sole business focus will be to work with you, our customers, the Illinois Division of Insurance and the GSEs to assure an orderly transition of our business to run-off. Our new mission is to be a best-in-class loss mitigation and claims management partner. We will continue to pay claims and to provide you with the highest-level service while developing solutions to keep more borrowers in their homes.
