Our structured transaction area works with lenders and secondary market investors to provide customized credit enhancements that lower the cost and increase the availability of borrowing. We also offer homebuyer education and lender education.

Our services also support the lending process, from making it easy to obtain mortgage insurance with Triad, to contract underwriting on the lender's behalf and when necessary, assisting lenders and borrowers with default servicing and claim mitigation.
